Please be advised that effective June 7, 2017 there was a change of ownership with our company. W.S. Darley & Co. and Larry Akins have formed a new company named Fireboy-Xintex LLC, which includes Aetna Engineering.
Since 1908, W.S. Darley & Co. has been dedicated to serving the World’s Fire and Emergency Services. The corporate headquarters are located in Itasca, IL and their manufacturing, engineering and research and development operations are in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and Janesville, Iowa.

This is a company name change only and the Management team, Operations, Manufacturing, and all product models and numbers will remain the same. We are in the process of updating all of the approval certificates and product labels with the new name. Fireboy-Xintex, LLC will no longer be used.
