by-product of LNG and CNG Fueled Engines.

The Xintex® Methane Gas
Detector / Monitor constantly monitors the level of
highly explosive methane and goes into alarm prior to a
dangerous situation occurring.
This advanced
micro-processor, state of the art, Methane Gas Detector
is incorporated into the design and re-design of
vehicles using CNG or LNG as a fuel.

front panel, featuring a membrane switch panel to easily
install into the dashboard of this class of work trucks.
Built-in Multi-Colored
L.E.D.’s (Green, Yellow, and Red) indicate:
 Methane
Detector Fully Functional / Okay
Sensors
Operational Status: Fault /Okay
Danger:
Red L.E.D. Illuminates at 20% L.E.L.
Audible Alarm Sounds at
50% L.E.L. and the Red L.E.D. remains illuminated.
Test Function button for weekly inspection of system.
Reset Button and audible silence for 30 seconds.
